What It Feels Like
Shoulder pain can make lifting, reaching, or even sleeping on one side difficult.
It may start as a dull ache or sharp pinch when you move your arm, sometimes spreading toward your neck or upper arm.
If the pain limits your movement or strength, it’s time to get it assessed.
