Cranial & Facial Pain

Relief for jaw, head, and facial tension aimed at reducing strain & pressure.

What It Feels Like

Cranial & Facial pain can show up in many ways. Sometimes it is a dull ache behind the eyes, or a slight tightness near the temples, or a clicking jaw while chewing. Unlike common headaches, this discomfort often comes from the muscles, joints, or nerves around your skull, jaw, or neck.

If it keeps returning or affecting how you eat, sleep, or focus, then it’s time to address it.

Common Symptoms

  • Tightness or pain in the jaw (especially while eating or yawning).
  • Clicking, locking, or tenderness in the jaw joint.
  • Tension around temples, forehead, or behind the eyes.
  • Neck stiffness or pain that spreads upward.
  • Facial muscle soreness or fatigue.

What Causes It

Muscle tension or jaw misalignment that overloads the supporting structures.

Poor posture or long hours at a desk affecting neck and jaw alignment.

Teeth grinding (bruxism) causing strain around the jaw joint.

Stress and sleep position leading to persistent facial tension.

Temporomandibular joint (TMD) or cervical spine dysfunction contributing to referred pain.

Previous dental procedures or trauma that may have altered jaw mechanics.
